ROUTE BOARD

Global routes, starting with your destination

VPNMove covers 90+ countries and 220+ routes. Start by identifying the region required by the service you want to access, then compare route types; this is more useful than simply picking the first node in a list. Below are popular gateways and cities. Check the user panel for available protocols, route types and current status.

The nearest gateway isn't always the right one

For general browsing, you can start with a nearby region. If you need content for a specific region, first meet the target service's regional requirements. Physical distance is only one factor in performance; carrier routing, your local wireless network and the destination site's response all matter too. When testing, keep the content you're accessing the same and switch routes one at a time so you can identify the cause of any difference.

Consider route type and time of day together

Direct, relayed and IEPL dedicated routes describe different connection paths, not a single ranking of speed. If pages load slowly during the evening peak, first check that your local network is working, then try another route type in the same region. Downloads, video playback and meetings place different demands on a connection. Choose based on whether your task runs reliably, rather than one isolated number in a list.

CONNECTION CHECKLIST

A checklist for cross-border access

From switching routes to using multiple devices, this guide covers connections, billing and service limitations together. If you're new, follow a guide to import your subscription, then test the experience with websites you use regularly. If you already have a client, use the protocol reference to choose a connection method suited to your current network.

ROUTE CHOICE

Switch routes to suit the task

Evening performance depends on the full connection path, not just the status shown in your client. VPNMove offers routes across different regions and route types. If video buffers, pages load slowly or calls become unstable, keep the target region the same and try another path for comparison. Check your local network before switching routes to help distinguish Wi-Fi issues, carrier congestion and slow responses from the remote service. Keeping a suitable alternative gateway on hand makes troubleshooting easier than repeatedly changing every setting.

CONNECTION SECURITY

Military-grade encryption and account protection

Military-grade encryption helps protect your connection, but safe use also involves managing your account and devices. A subscription link contains access credentials, so store it like a password. Don't post it in public forums or include it in screenshots or shared documents. On public networks, check the destination URL and certificate warnings before entering account details on a site you don't recognize. An encrypted connection can't replace a website's own access controls. To understand how information is collected and handled, start with the privacy policy and choose based on your needs.

DEVICE CHECKLIST

Unlimited devices · Import by platform

VPNMove supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with unlimited devices online at once. Use a computer for work and mobile devices for everyday browsing without planning around a device limit. Note that unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data; check your account's remaining balance before use. Client interfaces and import steps vary by platform. Open the client downloads section in the user panel, then follow the relevant platform guide to import your subscription. After switching devices, refresh the list and check that the route details match.

AI ACCESS

Troubleshoot AI tools by region

If ChatGPT won't open, first determine whether the page fails to load, account sign-in fails or you see a regional availability notice; these issues may have different causes. Choose an exit region supported by the tool, then check whether your client's routing rules send that traffic through the selected route. Old browser sessions and account status can also affect the result, so keep the region consistent when switching routes. VPNMove provides connection paths, while eligibility, account reviews and paid features are determined by the tool itself. A successful connection doesn't guarantee access to every feature.

STREAMING REGION

Check regional catalogs separately from playback

Streaming access depends on both regional detection and uninterrupted playback. Being able to open a home page doesn't mean your account is licensed to watch a particular title. A regional notice can't be explained by download speed alone, either. Select the region you need, then test playback, seeking and continuous loading with actual content. Results can vary by time and network, so compare other routes in the same region if something goes wrong. VPNMove provides regional exit points for route selection; catalog availability and service access remain subject to each platform's current rules.

BILLING CLARITY

Review billing and refunds before you pay

VPNMove offers monthly plans and data packs, with a 60-day refund policy. Before choosing, decide whether you need an allowance that resets monthly or a data pack that lasts until used and never expires, then compare prices and usage. Payments are supported via Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT; check order details in the user panel. For refund eligibility and application instructions, read the Terms of Service and submit your order details through a support ticket. Reviewing billing and refund terms before payment can help avoid misunderstandings later.

PLAN PREVIEW

Monthly plans and data packs

Choose a billing option based on how often you use the service, then choose an allowance based on your actual consumption. Monthly plans are a good starting point for regular work, browsing and video. If your usage is less predictable, consider a data pack that never expires. Plans aren't tiered by device count; all options support unlimited devices.

Resets monthly from your activation date, not the calendar month

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Check the account details in the user panel for your available balance and reset schedule; the start of a new calendar month doesn't mean your data has reset. If your usage changes, mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Before making a change, check the order and remaining service details shown in the panel to confirm it suits your needs.

Check your usage before comparing plans

The same amount of time online doesn't always use the same amount of data. Text browsing, video quality, file sizes and background app syncing all affect consumption. When choosing for the first time, start with your everyday tasks, check your account's data usage after using the service, then adjust your plan if needed. The plans page brings prices, billing options and refund details together so you can compare them in one place instead of searching across different pages.

BEFORE YOU CONNECT

Frequently asked questions before you start

Check your account, client and billing option before connecting. These answers cover common points that can be confusing the first time around. For detailed instructions and troubleshooting, visit the Help Center.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details safe and use a unique password. Once you're in the user panel, you can view plans, download a client and find your subscription. Don't share your username and subscription link publicly. The username entered on the home page can be carried over to the panel for the next step; account creation takes place in the user panel.

Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?

Unlimited devices refers to how many devices can be online at once. Your data allowance is determined by your monthly plan or data pack: monthly plans have a set allowance, while data packs draw from the remaining balance. Background downloads and syncing on other devices can also use data, so check your actual usage in the user panel. Supported platforms are Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Download clients from the user panel.

What's the difference between a monthly plan and a data pack?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packs last until used and never expire. If you use the service regularly, compare the monthly plan allowances; for occasional use, consider a data pack. These are different billing options, so don't compare total data without considering how often you'll use it. Mid-cycle monthly plan upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Check the details in the user panel for instructions.

Why can't I access a website after importing my subscription link?

First, make sure your client has refreshed the route list, you've selected an exit point and the connection is enabled. Then check that your local network and the destination website are working. If only one website is affected, check the routing rules, exit region and any account notices. If all access is affected, start by checking the client's connection status. Change one setting at a time and note the network conditions and error message. Then report the issue through a ticket in the user panel. Don't post your full subscription link publicly.

Which payment methods are supported, and how long is the refund period?

VPNMove supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT, with a 60-day refund policy. Check prices and billing options on the plans page before paying. Refund eligibility and application details are set out in the Terms of Service. For order-related questions, submit the necessary details through a ticket in the user panel; don't post payment receipts or account details publicly. Prices for monthly plans and data packs are listed on the plans page so you can review each option before paying.
